Smithville community garage sale in April

In a little over a month, Smithville residents can join their neighbors with some spring cleaning while making some cash.

The Smithville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Semi-Annual Community-Wide Garage Sale will be April 1 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Residents throughout town are open to participate.

Chamber staff reports that the semi-annual event typically include more than 60 garage sales. The event is free to attend.

Maps of individual garage sales will be available at the Chamber, 106 NE 1st St. in downtown Smithville. Sellers can buy a spot on the map for $10.
