Kelilah Arabella Brooks, infant, of Elgin, passed away Saturday morning, March 4, 2023.
Family and friends gathered for a visitation at Elgin Funeral Home on Friday, March 10, from 1 until 2 p.m. A funeral was held at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Chris Smith presiding. Interment followed at Elgin Latin Cemetery. Arrangements and care entrust to Elgin Funeral Home.
