Dorothy Williams, 81, of Elgin, passed away Monday evening, April 10, 2023.

A home going velebration will be held at Elgin Funeral Home under the auspices of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church on Friday, April 21, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. L.R. Wilson presiding. Interment will follow at Littig Cemetery.
