William left this earth suddenly and went to be with his Lord and Savior in Heaven. He was born in Bastrop and grew up in Elgin at the Butler Brickyard during his childhood years. He most recently lived in Johnson City, Texas.

Preceded in his death were Frank Charles Schindler, Sr., father, Verna Mae Sander Buckner, mother, James John Buckner, stepfather, Charles Cory Schindler, nephew and Michael Richard Olivier, brotherin- law.

Survivors include his brother Frank Charles Schindler, Jr., and wife Sharon Stifflemire Schindler, Charles Cory Schindler, Jr., great-nephew, Theresa Schindler Olivier, sister, Kandy Jones, niece, Kristin Gray Granados, niece, and husband Robert Granados, Seth Allen Buckner, nephew, and wife Sarah Patterson, Vera Gray Granados, great-niece, Antone Epifano Granados, great-nephew and Brock James Buckner, great-nephew.

A celebration of life services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, at Weed, Corley & Fish Funeral Home, 5416 Parkcrest Drive in Austin.
