Family and friends gathered for a wake at Lone Star Missionary Baptist Church of Bastrop Friday, March 3, from 6 until 8 p.m. A home going celebration was held at Lone Star Missionary Baptist Church of Bastrop Saturday, March 4, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Michal Simms, eulogy,and the Rev. Clarence Roberson presiding. Interment followed at Shiloh Cemetery.
