Cornie will lie in state at Elgin Funeral Home on Friday, March 17, from 1 until 6 p.m. Family and friends will gather for a visitation at Mount Carmel Baptist Church on Saturday, March 18,from 1 until 2 p.m. A celebration of life will follow at 2 p.m. with son, the Rev. Justin Green, eulogist and officiant. Inurnment will be private.
