Elgin Independent School District welcomed Applied EQ Chief Executive Officer Adam Saenz as guest speaker for Wildcat Learning Conference 2025, earlier this month. District staff heard from the author, licensed psychologist and emotional intelligence expert before taking part in professional development sessions. Saenz has delivered state and national keynote addresses based on his research, focusing on stress management and the dynamics of effective relationship building, personality assessment and emotional intelligence.
