Paul Edward Black, 54, of Austin, passed away Sunday, Jan. 29, 2023. Family and friends will gather for a visitation, at Elgin Funeral Home on Thursday, Feb. 9, from 6 until 8 p.m. A home-going celebration will be conducted at Elgin Funeral Home Friday, Feb. 10, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Raymond Mays Sr. presiding and the Rev. L.R.
