A home-going celebration will be conducted at Winn's Memorial Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday, Feb. 25, at 11 a.m. Interment will be conducted at Central Texas State Veteran Cemetery in Killeen on Monday, Feb. 27, at 10 a.m. with military honors.
