CHOO CHOO FEST
COUPLAND – The Coupland Civic Organization’s Choo Choo Fest returns Oct. 20 to St. Peter’s Church of Coupland, beginning at 11:15 a.m. with a barbecue lunch prepared by Coupland’s Master Chef Peter Wabbel. The Kiddie Express train will offer free rides around Coupland from noon to 2 p.m., and the Homestead Petting Zoo will make its return. Proceeds go to the restoration of Coupland’s historic caboose, contact Judy Downing at 512-293-0501 for more information.

COUPLAND CANDY COUPLAND – Coupland’s annual Trunk or Treat will be Sunday, Oct. 27, 6 p.m. in front of St. Peter’s Church of Coupland. Residents will wear costumes, decorate vehicles and hand out candy to trick or treaters. In case of inclement weather, we will move into St. Peter’s Fellowship Hall. A fun (and scary) time will be had by all.
