BASTROP — Sprouts Farmers Market is bringing its organic offerings to Bastrop with a new 23,000-square-foot facility. The specialty store will be coming to the Burleson Crossing East shopping center, scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2025, according to representatives. Known for its smaller store format, bulk-buy items and health-forward selection, Sprouts has rapidly been expanding across the state.
