Family and friends will gather for visitation at Elgin Funeral Home Thursday, Feb. 20, from 6-8 p.m.

A celebration of Rose’s life will be conducted at Life Family Church of Bastrop Feb. 21, under the auspices of Hopewell Primitive Baptist Church of Cedar Creek, at 10 a.m. with Reverends C.E. Shelton and L.K. Jones presiding. Internment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.

Arrangements and care are entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home, 712 N. Ave. C in Elgin.
