SMITHVILLE – From 7 to 11:59 p.m., come experience Scream Hollow Wicked Halloween Park, 149 Split Rail Lane near Smithville, like never before in this exclusive two-day only hike through the dark forest. All five haunted houses will be completely black. Each group will be given only one glowstick for every two patrons. If you thought Scream Hollow was scary before, you are in for a shock. BASTROP – Enter the historic Bastrop Opera House, 711 Spring Street in Bastrop, for this musical comedy “Addams Family The Musical,” based on a book by Marshall Brickman and Ricke Elice with music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa. Musical is directed by Lisa Holcomb. The show will run from 7:30 to 9 p.m. from Oct. 28 through Nov. 4.
