Eliud was a handyman and could fix just about anything. He was a man of many trades and very talented, but his biggest passion was music. He could play multiple instruments and always chased his dream of making a name for himself in the music industry.

His smile lit any room he walked into and you could be sure you would have many laughs with him around.

Eliud is survived by his daughter, Avery Neliah Cueva; brother, Hector Barrera Cueva; and parents, Nely Cueva Barrera and Eliud Cueva Luna.

Mass of Christian burial was held Saturday, May 25, at noon at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elgin, with burial following at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
