COUPLAND – “There will not be many drastic changes coming to the city soon,” Mayor Russell Schmidt said. “The City Council has passed a nuisance ordinance, which addresses unused vehicles, rubbish, etcetera. I would like property owners and renters, as well, to read this ordinance and maintain their properties accordingly without city involvement.”
