Early deadlines for holiday weekend

The Elgin Courier will be closed Monday, Sept. 4, in observance of Labor Day. Due to the holiday, deadlines will be earlier for content for the newspaper.

All classified ads and ad submissions are needed by Thursday Aug. 31 at 1 p.m.

Any content submitted to the Elgin Courier must be received by 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31. Obituaries must be submitted by 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 1.
