BASTROP – Lost Pines Toyota has stepped up to support Bastrop Pregnancy Resource in its mission to provide a safer start for mothers and their precious newborns.
The dealership’s team has donated $4,000 to the benefit, providing car seats for parents in need and ensuring travel safety from the very beginning.
The initiative also includes the “smart start, car seat safety course,” a comprehensive program designed to empower mothers with the knowledge and skills needed to ensure their child’s safety while traveling in a vehicle. It offers invaluable insights into car seat installation, proper usage and all the intricacies involved in securing a baby’s journey on the road.
Bastrop’s fire department has come forward to assist mothers with the proper installation of their car seats, maximizing safety for these young passengers.
Since May of this year, a total of 17 car seats have been distributed, providing much-needed security and peace of mind for Bastrop’s new parents.
The impact of these car seats extends far beyond just a piece of equipment, it represents the assurance of safer travels and a brighter, more secure future for families in the community, said Lost Pines representatives.
By investing in the safety of mothers and their newborns, Lost Pines Toyota hopes to nurture a culture of care and support that extends far beyond their dealership doors.
