SMITHVILLE FOLK MUSIC FESTIVAL SMITHVILLE — Smithville Folk Music Festival is coming back to the Main Street Gazebo Park in downtown Smithville, for two days due to interest from performers and audiences. Enjoy 15 hours of live music Friday evening from 6 to 10 p.m. and all day Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. You’ll be able to listen to live music from one of the limited benches around the Gazebo or bring a chair or blanket for alternate seating.

SPRING BREAK FAMILY CAMPOUT BASTROP — Bring the family for three days and two nights of camping on Earth Native Wilderness campus with its diverse landscapes, forested trails, open meadows and spring fed creek access. Your family will have access to large camping areas, fire pits, covered pavilions, running water, bathrooms and showers. Guided activities include intro to fire making with modern and ancient methods, practicing the core routines of nature awareness on the landscape family games in the woods, crafting with natural materials, campfire stories and games under the stars. SPRING COUPLES SCRAMBLE BASTROP — Spring Couples Scramble is a 36-hole tournament at the famed ColoVista Golf Club. Lunch and dinner are served Saturday, with lunch on Sunday. Prizes available.
