The Elgin High School varsity boys and girls track and field teams competed Thursday, March 7 as the school hosted the Wildcat Relays meet.
ELGIN WILDCATS
1st - Curtis McFarlin in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.84 seconds.
1st - Wildcats in the 4x200-meter relay with a time of 1:34.02.
1st - Curtis McFarlin in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 42.36 seconds.
2nd - Wildcats in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:43.18.
2nd - Jackson Clowdus in the discus with a mark of 107 feet two inches.
3rd - Wildcats in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 44.61 seconds.
3rd - Emmanuel Asafotei in the 400-meter dash with a time of 53.36 seconds.
3rd - Lewis Reese in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 17 seconds.
4th - Joseph Stiggers in the shot put with a mark of 40 feet two inches.
4th - Jaydon Sawyer in the discus with a mark of 111 feet.
5th - Zaire Nuells in the triple jump with a mark of 40 feet.
5th - Lewis Reese in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 46.18 seconds.
ELGIN LADY WILDCATS
1st - Kailyn Cook in the long jump with a mark of18 feet one inch.

1st - Jordin Seeger in the discus with a mark of 89 feet one inch.
1st - Emily Lugala in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:37.11.
1st - Ta’Myra Walker in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 18.24 seconds.
2nd - Lady Wildcats in the 4x200-meter relay with a time of 1:52.27.
2nd - Jordin Seeger in the shot put with a mark of 28 feet six inches.
3rd - Kailyn Cook in the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.22 seconds.
4th - Makayla Taylor- Bowman in the 100meter dash with a time of 13.53 seconds.
4th - Layla Whitman in the 200-meter dash with a time of 28.43 seconds.
4th - Emily Lugala in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:08.04.
5th - Ta’Myra Walker in the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.60 seconds.
The Wildcats and Lady Wildcats will next be in action Thursday, March 21 as Elgin competes at the Hippo Relays hosted by Hutto High School.
