Homecoming royalty crowned

Elgin High School seniors Jackson Clowdus (left) and Cayli Johns proudly wear their crowns as they are named Homecoming King and Queen during the Wildcats’ football game against Crockett Friday, Oct. 18, at Wildcat Stadium. The annual tradition not only highlights school pride but also honors students who exemplify leadership and involvement within the Elgin community. Clowdus and Johns have been recognized for their contributions both inside and outside the classroom, making them standout representatives of Wildcat spirit.
