Wildcats
The Wildcats struggled to contain the Cougars’ offense and couldn’t keep pace with shots on target.

The loss dropped the Wildcats to 4-7-1 overall and 0-5 in district play, extending their losing streak to five games.
Elgin looks to bounce back against East View Feb. 11, before traveling to Hendrickson Tuesday, Feb. 18, for a 7:15 p.m. match.
Lady Wildcats
The girls earned their first district win of the season with a shutout over the Cougars.
Elgin’s back line was noticeably more active, forcing possessions and closing out the game with the team’s first clean sheet.
The win improved the Lady Wildcats to 5-4-2 overall and 1-4 in district play.
They return to action against East View Feb. 11, before hosting Hendrickson Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 7:15 p.m.
