He is survived by his wife, Kathleen. Family and friends will gather for visitation from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 20, at Elgin Funeral Home.

A celebration of Tommy’s Life will be conducted Monday, Aug. 21, at 10 a.m. at Elgin Funeral Home with Pastor Garland Moffett presiding.

Interment will follow at Ridgeway Baptist Church Cemetery.
