Family and friends gathered for visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 12, at Elgin Funeral Home, with the holy rosary at 7 p.m. A celebration of Jesse’s life was conducted Tuesday, Feb. 13, at 11 a.m., graveside at Fairview Cemetery of Bastrop with Father Paul presiding.
