She will lie in state Friday, Aug. 9, from noon to 6 p.m. at Elgin Funeral Home. A home-going celebration will be conducted Saturday, Aug. 10, at 10 a.m. at the Providence District Association Tabernacle of Cedar Creek.

The interment will be at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
