Rose lay in state at Elgin Funeral Home Monday, Sept. 30. Family and friends gathered to celebrate Rose Lee’s life at St. Peters Lutheran Church of Elgin Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 10 a.m., with Pastor Sam Brannon presiding. Interment followed at Elgin Cemetery.

Arrangements and care are entrusted to Elgin Funeral Home, 712 N. Avenue C in Elgin.
